DAY 2 - House pegged out . . .

This was really not what I had expected.  I was across town all day and thought I'd come back to see lots of tall stakes in the ground.  Instead, itty bitty pieces of wood nailed into the ground with spray painted lines were what gave some form of our future home.  It looks so small!!!  But I think that must be the perspective with so much land around it. I plan to go back with a tape measure to see if it's actually the size on our plans!

Do we have a natural spring under our house???  I thought the excavator had washed off as it was wet the previous day.  But it's still there today!
